Consultations That Show You Exactly What Comes Next

This page is designed to make the first step feel clear, not confusing. Book a consultation with Connor, walk through your current brand, website, goals, and pain points, and then move into a process that is collaborative, fast-moving, and custom to your practice.

What a consultation actually includes

A clear first call, then a process that keeps moving.

The consultation is not just a quick intro. It is where Cura starts learning the brand, reviewing what is currently working or not working, identifying what should be custom, and outlining the best path forward across website, SEO, content, social, or the full ecosystem.

On the call

What we talk through first

The first consultation is designed to make the direction feel obvious. We use it to understand your practice, your current brand presence, your growth goals, and what kind of aesthetic, content, and functionality actually fits the business.

  • Your current website, digital presence, and what feels outdated or templated
  • The look, tone, and examples you are drawn to
  • Your main services, revenue drivers, and ideal patients
  • What you want patients to understand quickly when they land on the site
  • Whether you need Core, Growth, Elite, or a custom combination
After the call

What we ask from you

After the consultation, we move fast when we have what we need. That usually means access, direction, and the content that makes the site feel like your practice instead of a stock template.

  • Photos, videos, headshots, before-and-afters, or office walkthrough footage
  • Any branding assets, logos, and approved colors
  • Website, hosting, domain, or admin access if a transition is involved
  • What promotions, services, or priorities should be featured first
  • Any examples of sites, campaigns, or layouts you love
The process

From first conversation to launch, step by step.

The consultation page should make the workflow feel transparent. The process below is written so prospective clients can understand how Cura typically moves from discovery into implementation, review, and launch.

01
Discovery

Book the free consultation with Connor

This is the strategy-first call. Connor typically leads consultations and strategy conversations, while Lauren is brought in to help make sure what is discussed can be executed on the development and content side.

We use this call to understand the current site, the goals, the desired look and feel, the services that matter most, and the digital problems that need to be solved first.
02
Direction

We outline the right package and the right priorities

Once we understand the brand and what needs to change, we map the right solution. That may mean starting with Core, moving into Growth, going all-in on Elite, or building a custom rollout around website, SEO, content, and campaign priorities.

This is where we define what needs to happen first: website redesign, service-page optimization, local SEO cleanup, content planning, social execution, or a larger ecosystem build.
03
Assets

You send content, access, and anything we need to build it right

We usually ask for photos, videos, headshots, office or team content, logos, and access to the current website or hosting environment when a transition is involved. If you do not have custom footage yet, Cura can still move with available assets and guide what to collect next.

This is where the work becomes more custom. Real photos, real videos, real office footage, and real brand direction make the finished result feel far more premium than a generic template ever could.
04
Preview

We build the rough draft and review it together

After discovery and content collection, Cura typically moves into a rough-draft phase so you can react to a real direction instead of trying to imagine it in the abstract. This is where the aesthetic, structure, messaging, and conversion path start to take shape on-screen.

You are not left wondering what is happening. We review the preview, show how the direction is coming together, and gather feedback to refine the next pass.
05
Refine

We refine the pages, content, and details that matter

Once the rough direction is approved, we keep shaping the site or campaign with real feedback. That can include homepage adjustments, service-page content, calls to action, graphics, videos, SEO structure, FAQs, forms, maps, and brand-specific details.

Future review calls can happen weekly or bi-weekly depending on the project pace, so the process stays collaborative without feeling chaotic.
06
Launch

We launch cleanly and keep the momentum going

When a redesign or transition is involved, Cura aims to launch cleanly without the old site disappearing in the middle of the process. From there, the work continues through content, SEO, reporting, optimization, reviews, or broader growth strategy depending on the package.

The goal is not just to make something look better. The goal is to create a digital presence that feels more custom, performs better, and keeps working after it goes live.
FAQ

The questions people usually ask before they book.

This section helps reduce hesitation and explains what the consultation actually feels like, how fast things move, and what kind of preparation helps the process go faster.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The goal of the consultation is to understand your practice, your goals, and what solution fits best. It is meant to give clarity, not pressure.

  • You can ask questions about packages, process, timeline, and deliverables.
  • You do not need everything figured out before you book.
  • The call is there to help define the right next step.

How fast does the process move after the consultation?

That depends on scope, content readiness, and whether a transition is involved, but Cura is built to move quickly once the right information and assets are in place.

  • The rough draft phase is intended to happen early so you can react to a real direction.
  • The faster access and content come in, the faster implementation moves.
  • Review calls help tighten the process instead of slowing it down.

What should I bring to the first call?

Bring context, not perfection. It helps if you know what you dislike about the current site, what examples you love, which services matter most, and what kind of patients you want to attract.

  • Current website links
  • Favorite website or campaign examples
  • Main services and priorities
  • Any photos, videos, or branding you already have

Can I book even if I need more than just a website?

Yes. The consultation can cover website redesign, SEO, content, social, Google profile optimization, campaigns, and the broader Cura package fit.
